Privacy Policy
RYHN is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided is solely used to process your order or contact you regarding a particular transaction. RYHN guarantees the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. Our online service provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.

Shipping Policy
Ready to ship pieces will ship within an estimated 3-5 business days, and made to order jewellery will ship within 2-3 weeks. Please contact me at info@ryhn.ca if you have an urgent deadline to share.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed. You will receive a second e-mail confirmation after your order has shipped. RYHN is not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues. Parcels cannot be rerouted once shipped. RYHN is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged due to shipping.
All prices are generated by Canada Post based on product weight. This service includes insurance with $100 coverage and a signature required upon delivery.


Prices of items are as quoted on the website.
For all Canadian orders taxes are not included in the price and will be added where applicable by law.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax.
Please refer to the customs legislation in your country of residence for more information on additional duties and taxes that you might incur.
RYHN is not responsible for any additional duties, custom fees and/or taxes.

Return Policy
All jewellery is made to order based on customer specifications, and so returns are not accepted.

Exchange or resizing is possible within 7 days after arrival. Exchange/resizing must be authorized by email prior to return.

For an exchange, all goods must be unworn, in perfect condition with the original packaging intact. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and package must be traceable and require a signature.

RYHN will be unable to accept the exchange of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
