14k green gold, grey spinel
Aranea, an elegant and sparkling spider pendant. The spider's form in jewellery has held a quiet symbolism and fascination for millennia. Weaver of destiny, creator and destroyer of the cosmos, an omen of luck and happiness, and at times a trickster that is cunning, witty and creative.
Hand carved in wax, cast in 14k green gold using the lost wax process, and set with a 3mm grey spinel at it's centre in a highly brilliant grey hue.
14k Green gold is a beautiful shade of cool tone yellow. Reminiscent of of lush fields, summer mornings and ancient things.
